During this 2-day training you will learn:

How to connect with your higher self in meditation. We do powerful, guided meditations each day.

The history of Reiki and your lineage.

How to use a crystal pendulum as a healing tool. (Pendulum provided)

The different hand positions for Reiki healing.

The different chakras, their positions, colour, and what they mean.

How to send distance healing.

How to protect and cleanse your own Aura.

How to scan the body for energy blocks.

How to perform Reiki self-healing.

How to perform Reiki healing on others.

Day 1 is about integrating the energy and learning about working with the energetic Chakra system of the body. We will go into detail on the development of the Chakras, what aspects of the Self they relate to and what parts of the body they correspond to.

On Day 2, you will practice Reiki healing. You will learn how to do a full lie-down healing and a powerful Mental Clearance and Emotional Clearance.

Golden TeraMai™ Reiki Level I is really about introducing the Self to your own power as a healing channel. In Golden TeraMai™ Reiki I, you 'ground' the healing ray: This can bring about enormous positive changes in your life as you begin to see and feel things more clearly.

People have commented that immediately they feel more 'connected' to Spirit, but also to Life. It helps to creates balance between your emotional, physical, mental and spiritual bodies. It promotes a positive attitude so that you can experience joy and focus on what matters.
